So...I haven't blogged in a while. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's been because life has been one acid storm after another for the past few months. Regardless, I'm here now and ready to work. I'm sure there are those of you, whose lives have not been the same since the last time I blogged. My sincerest apologies to all.
Over the past few months, I've decided to take the blog in a little bit different direction. We're still going to talk about the mission of the Church and it's relationship to culture. However, now I'm going to post Devotionals online that deal with the ministry and mission of the Church. Basically, the devotionals will consist of insights gleaned from Scripture that we can apply to our daily lives i.e. 'our mission within the mission of God'.
Seriously though, for those of you who are interested, this blog could be a great ministry to you, your family and maybe even your Church. I'm not naive. I know there's a ton of people out there who have given up on what they think the 'Church' is, the Bible and it's relativity to culture. Or perhaps you're just complacent and need someone/something to kick you in the pants from time to time. Well...I will gladly kick you in the pants. Hopefully this blog will challenge and encourage you in your relationship with Jesus.
So buckle up ladies and gentlemen...cause it's about to get crazy. Starting tomorrow...all this typing and thinking has made me hungry and tired.
